Account fees and late payment fees

From the 21st September 2004 Netregistry has introduced an Account Fee for 30 day payment terms and an $11 late payment fee if payment is received after the due date.

You will automatically be charged the $4.40 Account Fee if you have an email and/or web hosting subscription service and you choose to pay on receipt of an invoice, rather than pre-paid, direct debit, or automatic credit card debit.

If you would like to set up a pre-paid or automatic debit account, please contact accounts with instructions.

Please note, all customers on a subscription service are sent a tax invoice, regardless of payment method.
