Account or Service Split Request

If you wish for a particular domain name, email and/or web hosting service to be removed from your account without cancelling the service, or if you wish to administer domain name, email and/or web hosting services on your own Account but the services are currently billed to someone else, please contact our accounts department.

You will need to complete an Agreement to Services form, which we will send to you. On receipt we will contact both the Current Account holder, and the new prospective Account holder (you) to confirm the transaction.
